Springwoods Village Marriott

This extensive hotel renovation project required careful coordination to upgrade lighting throughout the property without disrupting guest experiences. Our team retrofitted the garage entry, parking decks, loading dock, stairwells, guest rooms and common areas with energy-efficient LED lighting. Fluorescent lighting was replaced with 5000K LED, photographed from the same camera position, and both staff safety and camera footage improved. Two years on, the entry and parking deck still look brand new.
